| This group is composed of 3 committees that communicate with related overseas organizations. The committees are:
1. PR committee: Provides instructions on how to use the product to consumers and handles promotion.
2. Technical committee: Handle testing to conform to ISO standards
3. Environmental committee: Collect information with regard to the environmental effect on the product |

| This group deals with improvement of product quality and safety standards of medical products with regard to pharmaceutical laws of the GMP(Good Manufacturing Practice) committee. The above PR committee helps in the promotion of the product. |

This group considers product quality improvement methods, offers explanations of the various purposes of the product's use and helps in it's promotion.
